Adjusting the VPLs 

When the light move, there are some VPLs will fall out the range
—Remove it
When the light move, the VPLs which still in the range 
—Update the position of  Voronoi Diagram
We should add the count of VPLs which is removed to keep the sum of VPLs
—Add new VPLs in the scene
